To Whom It May Concern,
I began my professional relationship with Living Space Consultants approximately four years ago. Shortly, thereafter, a personal relationship developed. This reference, therefore, contains both personal and professional references which would be difficult to separate.
Kelly Lord 'saved' the renovation of my first kitchen experience with her. She produced spacial and technical specifications that gracefully allowed a change of general contractors in mid-project to occur. Without her technical acumen and logical, structured processing of the project requirements much would have been lost, including the finished product which was featured in "Maine Home and Design," a prestigious Maine-style publication.
I had the occasion to renovated a second kitchen and without hesitation called on Kelly to assist. Not only was a kitchen to be tackled, on this project it was an entire house refurbishment. Again, Kelly's expertise was invaluable. The project was, of course, very time-sensitive; Kelly 'made it happen.'
Mike Bonenfant was also part of the whole-house renovation. Mike's attention to detail is unsurpassed in my experience. His mission seems to give the customer exactly what they want. He is driven to deliver the highest customer satisfaction. I would recommend Mr. Bonenfant highly.
Thank you for the opportunity to reference and recommend Living Space Consultants. Kelly Lord, proprietor, and Mr. Bonenfant, installer. As people and professionals they are unsurpassed.

We renovated a single-family rental home. She staged the house to show to potential tenants. It went very smoothly. Her work was the primary reason that we were able to show the rental at its best. Everyone who walked in wanted to rent it. She did a great job. She was budget-conscious as well. She told me what items she needed and found ways to use some of our own stuff. She also rented us some of her items to stage it. We invested the equivalent of a month's rent to get a long-term tenant. To have someone set it up so that it looked welcoming and homey was well worth the cost.
